Terms & Conditions – TEDx Dutse Ticket Purchase

Summary: By buying a ticket, you agree that payments are collected by iColats Soft Tech Ltd via Paystack; all sales are final; benefits attached to ticket categories may vary due to logistics and are not guaranteed exactly as described.

1. Payment Processing

All payments for TEDx Dutse tickets are processed securely through Paystack.
Payments are received by iColats Soft Tech Ltd, the authorized payment partner for TEDx Dutse.
Once payment is confirmed, a digital ticket will be generated and you will be able to save it as a PDF or image.

2. Ticket Policy

Tickets are valid only for the specified TEDx Dutse event date and venue.
Each ticket admits one person only. Sharing, resale, or duplication of tickets is prohibited.
Ticket categories (Regular, VIP, V.VIP) grant access to different levels of benefits. However, purchasing a ticket type does not guarantee that all listed benefits (e.g., lunch, priority seating, souvenirs, backstage access) will be exactly as described. The organizers may adjust benefits due to logistics or circumstances beyond our control.
Tickets must be presented (digital or printed) at the event gate for entry. Government-issued ID may be required.

3. Refund and Cancellation

All ticket sales are final. Payments are strictly non‑refundable and non‑transferable. In the unlikely event that TEDx Dutse is postponed or canceled, the organizers will communicate alternative arrangements.

4. Liability

TEDx Dutse and iColats Soft Tech Ltd are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event.
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

5. Data Protection

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event management purposes only.
Your data will not be shared with third parties outside TEDx Dutse and iColats Soft Tech Ltd, except as required by law.

6. Event Conduct

TEDx Dutse reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who engages in misconduct or violates event guidelines.
Attendees must comply with venue rules, security checks, and all instructions from the event organizers.

7. Agreement

By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
